Autopay Update Notice – All automatic payment services previously set up with the former management company, Terra West, will be canceled to help protect your financial security.

If you currently use your personal bank’s Bill Pay service, please note that these payments do not cancel automatically. You must log in to your bank account and manually disable the existing payment to prevent misdirected payments.

FirstService Residential will not process any payments until you update your payment method. Owners may either:

  • Update their payment through their bank’s Bill Pay service, or
  • Enroll with ClickPay, our secure online payment provider

ClickPay enrollment will be available on or after December 1.

When setting up your payment, please reference your 14-digit access number:

Various Ways to Make A Payment

Make Your Payments Online

As the preferred way of accepting payments, we invite you to set up automatic or one-time payments online through our provider, ClickPay.  Payments can be made online for FREE by e-check (ACH) from your bank account and by major credit or debit card for a nominal fee.

To get started, vist clickpay.com/firstservice.

  • Click Register and create your online profile with ClickPay.
  • Link Your Home using the account number.
  • Select your preferred Payment Option (e-check for FREE or credit/debit for a fee)
  • Setup Automatic Payments or click Pay Now to make one-time payments

Pay By Check or Money Order

To pay by check or money order, please make checks payable to your association, reference your account number and address and send to the address listed below:

Utilize Your Bank’s Bill Pay Service

You may continue to use your own bank’s bill pay system.  Please be sure to update the address to the PO Box listed above.  You will also need to reference your new 14-digit payment account ID number, which can be found on the previous page or on your upcoming first statement.
